        The images you have on the site are very different from real life. Actual physical pictures of each fabric swatch is needed here.

        @scalfin our constant challenge is balancing the amount of information we provide to users of our site. some people want to glide through it in 5 minutes, choosing colors they know they like, adding one or design features. others want all the detail possible about the fabric, the height of the collar, the type of stitching used on the placket, etc. we've really aimed to make it as simple as possible to navigate, and are always trying to think how we provide more info without causing resistance to people who want to glide through it.

        The best start would be a thread diagram like the image on the wikipedia page for "Herringbone" subtitled "Weaving a small-scale houndstooth check in a 2:2 twill" except with the colors.
